What is NRG1 ?
In early 1980 NRG Industrial Lubricants Inc. achieved a major breakthrough for the motor industry. NRG chemical engineers developed a new space age technology with the invention of NRG products.
NRG has a number of characteristics that are synergistic with normal lubricant oils and greases to create the finest, most effective lubrication system known to the motor industry today.
NRG was found to have the ability to respond to proper compounding so as to remain in suspension in various viscosities of oils and to endure blending into several grease formulations. It was also found to have the ability to fuse homogenous, micro-thin film on the operating surfaces of engines without the deleterious effects of excessive build up or of particle shedding and to protect against acids and caustics of all kinds without alloying the surfaces being protected. Finally, reductions in vibrations and noise in various engines indicated that its damping properties remain effective despite the thinness of the film.
Thus was born the NRG product for vehicles and industrial machinery, a product that is designed to provide the most advanced lubrication available for internal combustion engines.

Taxi drivers in Israel reported to NRG that they experienced perfect behavior from their engine even after 1,300,000 KM without opening the engine head, and with no excessive oil consumption.
Extensive testing and studies done by the SAE (Society of Automotive Engineers) have proven that up to 80% of all engine wear occurs at start-up. During starting, the engine oil is not at sufficient temperature or pressure to flow properly and to provide sufficient lubrication. The research showed that every start of the engine is equivalent to 720 KM on the road. Once treated with NRG the engine surfaces are protected even in the absence of oil. By significantly reducing friction, the starter cranking amperage draw is greatly reduced. This means easier starting in cold weather as well as longer starter and battery life.
Horsepower and torque is increased as internal friction is reduced. This means more usable output horsepower. This also means that the same load can be hauled at a lower, more fuel-efficient RPM range.
NRG products have proven successful especially with diesel engines, also prolonging the turbo's life. They contain absolutely no materials that can harm the engine in any way, and are non-hazardous to the environment. NRG has been in massive use in all sectors including agriculture, industry, transportation, military and others.
